How do I submit questions related to the safe use and management of chemicals
to the Chem HelpDesk?
This service is initially available for registered users only. We plan on
making this service available to the general public at a later date.
If you are a registered user, please login before
proceeding.
After logging in as a registered user, you can send
questions related to the safe use and management of chemicals by clicking
"Manage" on the top menu and then clicking “Submit Question”
on the left menu as Figure 1.

FAQ page or send us your query directly by clicking the "Send suggestion"
button.
How do I change my password or edit other information?
After logging in as a registered user, you can change your profile and
password by clicking "Manage" on the top menu and then clicking
"Update Profiles" on the left menu. You can change your
password by clicking the "Change password" button as in Figure 2.

How do I send feedback and suggestions to this website?
You can send comments and suggestions to the Chem HelpDesk by clicking
the "Send suggestion" button beneath the "Log in" button on any page
as in Figure 3.
Your suggestions will be sent to the Chem HelpDesk Coordinator and
Executive Secretary.

Could we know the contact details of Community of Practice experts?
It is the policy of the Chem HelpDesk to act as the mediator between all
Community of Practice experts, who participate voluntarily in their own free
time, and registered users. This also allows the Chem HelpDesk to facilitate
the question and answer process, as well as monitor usage of the weblog and
post questions and answers that will be beneficial to all users. As such,
we are unable to disclose the contact details of the experts.
